Research: Nearly Half The Number OF All Women Have Never Experienced Orgasm
Orgasm refers to an autonomic physiological response to sexual stimulation. It is accompanied by a series of muscular contractions surrounding the sexual organs, involuntary actions and sometimes incessant crying in some women. Is orgasm merely overrated? Is the big O a mere farce? When will our women stop faking this elusive phenomenon?
Indeed orgasm has many benefits
Research reveals many benefits that arise because of this feeling of immense sexual gratification. It has been said that orgasm not only relieves tension but also reduces craving for junk food, drives away boredom, exercises nearly all muscles in the body therefore burning lots of calories and also lowers the blood pressure.
Nearly half of our women have never experienced orgasm
While this evidence remains true to a large extent, The American Medicine Association reveals that nearly half of all women (43%) have never experienced this awesome feeling. A few of them blame their inability to experience orgasm on their poor boyfriends and husbands when in fact this inability may be arising out of their own intrinsic mental disability and end up cheating in search of this elusive phenomenon.
Many women have resorted to faking orgasm
Many other women have resorted to faking it altogether only to end up mentally satisfying their husbands and boyfriends but remaining sexually frustrated in the long run. It is this sexual frustration and orgasmic disability that drives some of them into the wrong arms while hoping, and hoping even more to at one time experience it.
Men are not entirely to blame for orgasmic disability
Who is to blame for female anorgasmia? Who is to blame for this inability to experience sexual gratification? The man is not entirely to blame like many of our women would want to believe. Some have been brought up thinking that sex is the sole prerogative of their men; while others have known all along that nothing good other than children can come out of it. A few are even uncomfortable with the idea of foreplay, leave alone agreeing to clitoral stimulation. How then can they experience this awesome gift from Mother Nature?
The benefits of orgasm have been overrated
Perhaps some women need to be reminded that sex can be enjoyed with or without orgasm, perhaps some of them need to be reminded that they too can take the initiative in guaranteeing their own satisfaction, perhaps some need to be reminded that despite the many benefits that orgasm offers, the feeling has been entirely overrated and its benefits exaggerated. Is anyone listening?
